WHAT can be returned?

Not all products are returnable or refundable, personalized memorabilia, items that have been made to order, ashes placed in item/s or cremation services are not refundable, only if they are in unused brand-new condition. 'Change of mind' returns incur a 22% of the item value restocking and processing fee. Please check with Sacred Souls Pet Cremations if item is refundable/returnable

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
7 days from the receipt of goods.

HOW do customers return items?

Please send your order with a tracking number and a copy of this order summary to the following address. Once we have received your order and assessed and approved your application for return, an exchange, credit or refund can be arranged.

Packing materials?
Items need to be in original packaging for returns yes.

Printed Candles/Items?

All printed candles or items have a no refund and no return unless a printing mistake has occurred. As these items are personalized to customer request.
